WORLD SAVINGS

The one-story building, located within the Harmony Shopping Center, a center with stringent compliance guidelines. In order to stand out from the adjacent buildings, the exterior is a monochromatic envelope in exposed steel, brick veneer, stucco and storefront, while the interior draws one in with vivid colors of yellow, red and blue. Volumes and masses reflect interior spaces and are further articulated with shade canopies. The plan of the building is open, visible and accessed by two entries, one at either side of the Teller Lobby denoted by a vaulted spine. Interior space was designed with an effort of ease for the consumer, while providing security and privacy issues for the employees.
