LONGHOUSE is the newest concept created for the Ilani Casino owned by the Cowlitz Tribe and managed by Mohegan Sun Tribal Gaming Authority. Located adjacent to the main entrance in the new $500 MM Ilani casino this 1000 sq. ft. eatery is sure to gain the attention of each guest.

The name LONGHOUSE is indicative of the region. In addition to that it will set the tone for the style of the shop. Using the natural and environmental colors, textures and patterns of the region the feel of the space is immediately recognizable. Dominated by the blue hues one would see in the ocean and the sunny skies of the PNW the shop exudes cleanliness.
