ACOMA LOFTS

 

 

The Acoma Lofts represents the continuing investment in the community of Englewood.  Located near transit - bus and light rail - Englewood features great access to downtown Denver and surrounding amenities.  One block off of Broadway, the Acoma Lofts are within walking distance of newly developed restaurants, retail, and neighborhood businesses.

 

The mixed-use development includes limited retail along side mixed-income housing.  With 50 units of affordable housing, the development is a much needed addition to the gentrifying neighborhood.  35 market rate residential units are planned for the second phase of construction.

 

The development plan leverages an existing mid-block connection that connects the site to retail along Broadway and neighborhoods to the east.  The organization of the buildings leverages the mid-block connection and a pedestrian activated alley to enhance walkability through the community.  Two levels of structured parking enable street activation along the length of Acoma.
