Located in the heart of cherry creek, 36 Steele mixed use office building provides 90,000sf of open office, underground parking and over 3,000sf of ground floor retail.  The design builds upon the contemporary vernacular of cherry creek providing a floor-to-ceiling glass enclosure equipped with an elaborate western facing screen and sun shading throughout.  Projecting balconies on each office level penetrate the screen and provide sweeping views of cherry creek and the front range. The second floor area is cut away allowing for an exterior vegetated terrace as amenity to the tenants.
